Classifications)
DUI evaluations are scheduled by appointment only. Please call
our office to schedule an appointment.
At the time of your appointment, plan to bring the following
records pertinent to your arrest:
"Drug and Alcohol Related Driving Offense Record" which can be obtained from an Informal Hearings Officer at local drivers license facility or a current copy of driving record (driving abstract), also obtained at local drivers license facility.
Copy of Notice of Summary Suspension (Law Enforcement Sworn Report received at the time of your arrest which shows your BAC (Blood Alcohol Concentration) or proof of refusal.
If you have questions regarding obtaining these documents, please call our office for instructions as to how to obtain these materials.
DUI Risk Education is a 10 hour education program required for DUI clients whose DUI Evaluation classification is minimal, moderate or significant risk.
This counseling group is held weekly for Moderate Risk DUI clients who require a minimum of 12 hours of intervention counseling. Evening groups are available.
This counseling group is held weekly for Significant Risk DUI clients who require a minimum of 20 hours of counseling. Both morning and evening groups are available.
This outpatient counseling group is held 3 days a week (total of 7-8 hours per week) for High Risk DUI clients who require a minimum of 75 hours of counseling. Both morning and evening groups are available.
