Supervisor training in identification and intervention
   of employee issues, such as alcohol and drug abuse,
   marital problems, or mental health issues affecting
   employee performance and health.

EAP service contracts are flexible to meet the needs and budgets of small businesses. All services are provided in a professional, comprehensive, and confidential manner. Clinical services are provided by Bob Allsup, who is a certified employee assistance professional by the International Employee Assistance Professional Association.
