Bob Allsup, CADC, CEAP, SAP — Director of Evaluation Services
Mr. Allsup has been an IAODAPCA Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor since 1995,
a Certified Employee Assistance Professional since 1989 and a qualified DOT/SAP
since 1995. Mr. Allsup has over 20 years of experience in the substance abuse field,
with a special interest in DUI and DOT related services, as well as relapse prevention.
Martha J. Allsup, M.A., CADC — Director of Clinical Services
Ms. Allsup graduated from the University of Illinois—Springfield in 2005 with a
Master’s Degree in Human Services—Concentration Alcohol and Drug Abuse.
She was certified by IAODAPCA as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor in April 2005.
In addition, she is a 1993 graduate of Bradley University, Peoria, Illinois, with a
B.S. degree in Business Management and Administration.
Johannah Poulson, CADC — Clinical Counselor/Case Manager
Ms. Poulson is a IAODAPCA Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor since 2007. She
is a 2006 graduate of Illinois Central College, where she majored in Human
Services and successfully completed the Drug and Alcohol Counselor Training
Program. She has been with TAP Resources since May 2005.
Bobbie Polite — Counselor/Case Manager
Ms. Polite is a 2007 graduate of Illinois Central College’s Drug and Alcohol
Counselor Training Program. She is currently working towards IAODAPCA
certification as a Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She has been with TAP Resources
since May 2007.
Jessica Sharp — Counselor/Case Manager
Ms. Sharp is a 2008 graduate of Illinois Central College, where she majored in Social Work and successfully completed the Drug and Alcohol Counselor Training Program. She is currently working towards IAODAPCA certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She has been with TAP Resources since May 2008.
