Robert L. Allsup, CADC / CEAP / SAP, Director of Evaluation and EAP Services, has over 15 years of experience in the substance abuse field, with a special interest in DUI and DOT related services. Mr. Allsup also worked at White Oaks for many years providing continuing care and relapse prevention counseling services.

In the past, he has also been active in several labor-management organizations, including the Peoria Illinois Area Labor-Management Council as Labor Co-Chairman and Chairman of the Joint Drug and Alcohol Abuse Committee of UAW Local 974 and Caterpillar during the early 90's.

 
Martha J. Allsup, MA, CADC, Ms. Allsup, owner and officer of TAP Resources, Inc. currently serves as the Clinical Services Coordinator and Business Manager. In addition to her managerial role, her clinical responsibilities include staff supervision, case management, group facilitation and client intake.
